I think the owners of this restaurant don't care about their food being good, and it's shameful that a place that's supposed to be quality continues to make the same mistakes year after year.nnThis was the last time I'll eat anything from this place. I called the restaurant to place my order and stop by. This is the third and last time I'll eat anything from this place. Since the first time we went there with some friends, the yakimeshi shrimp weren't clean. We've found hair in the food every time. The color of the fish leaves much to be desired. We ordered chutoro cones, and the color was almost gray when it should have been light pink. On two occasions we've been to the restaurant, and this third time we ordered takeout, we're deeply disappointed with the place. Above all, I've noticed that this is common in Mexico. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, whether it's the ingredients, the dish, or the location, is subpar.nnThe times we complained about the aforementioned issues at the restaurant, they only apologized, but oh well, it seems the complaints don't matter since the visits were in different years.nnEdit: A few hours after posting this, the restaurant contacted me to see what had happened with the last order. I explained it to them, and they refunded my money for that order the next day. I'm grateful the response was different this time, but it doesn't take away from the fact that we're already left with a bad taste in our mouths from past experiences.

The food is good but nothing spectacular. The cones lack much flavor, and the spicy salmon sushi is average. The best was the tom yam ramen, but the disappointment was the matcha tiramisu; especially for the price, we expected much more.

Pleasantly surprised! The ramen is worth it all.nI must admit I arrived with some hesitation due to some negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try… and boy did I. The experience exceeded my expectations from the very beginning.nnThe atmosphere is welcoming and the service was very attentive, but what really takes the cake is the ramen: intense, flavorful, with a deep and perfectly balanced broth. The noodles are al dente, the toppings are fresh and well-integrated—you can clearly see the care and technique in every bowl.nnBeyond the ramen, the menu is interesting and varied, but if you're going for the first time, I recommend starting with that dish. It left a great taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. I'll definitely be back.

The food isn't bad, but the day I went, the power was out due to an external problem, which is completely understandable. For this reason, when I asked for the bill, they told me it would arrive the next day. It NEVER arrived. I sent them a message, left a comment, and they ignored me. Disappointing nnAlso, the tables in the back for diners and service are very poorly positioned. If I had to evacuate, that would be a disaster.
