The food is delicious, the flavor is unbeatable, the service was terrible. I prefer the one at San Cristóbal.nThe service needs to be better at Majadas. You want good service and get a lot of face value in return. It's better to take out so you don't have to see the staff's faces.

Bad service. When I order delivery, they take as long as they want; 2 hours and 45 minutes late, it's outrageous. At Cayala, they have terrible, terrible, terrible service, I can't even describe it. It's terrible, they've lost quality, the price remains the same, and the bad service, a bad combination. It's a total disappointment, I don't recommend it at all.

The worst service. They were over an hour late bringing a Suchi dish. When they did, it smelled horrible and tasted even worse. It tasted like mold, and the rice was hard in places. SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!!
