I usually order delivery, but I've eaten there several times. It's really good... the fried chicken balls (I still don't know the name) are very good. The spicy ramen is excellent. There are also other dishes worth trying.

I've been a customer since Nara opened, and today (July 2025) was my worst experience there. I went to dinner alone and was immediately asked to sit at the counter. A couple was called at the same time. I sat down and ordered my ramen, and the couple ordered after me. The couple's food arrived, but mine still didn't arrive. I complained, and they said it was coming right away. After an hour of waiting, I said I would cancel my order, and then it arrived. The broth and noodles were hot, but the meat was cold. Unfortunately, they can't keep up with the demand, and because I was alone, I ended up being sidelined. I complained when I left, and they just told me they were running late and apologized. The quality of the service and food has significantly declined.
