I've been coming here for years. All my friends and family know this place because I've recommended it. But our last service from the waitress was poor. We had a reservation at 7:00, but we arrived at 7:10, and she rudely sent us back to the end of the line in front of everyone, saying our reservation was only 10 minutes long (it was 7:10, so we were still within the reservation time, and she didn't even check the time).nnDespite this, we waited in line, but the service throughout the night was actually pretty bad, as if she was upset with us even though we never objected or said anything.nnThe food is still very good.

This little place is very nice.nnThe ramen is delicious, I loved it.nnThe rice dishes are very good.nnWe loved the place.nnThe ramen is reasonably priced, and the rice dishes are small for the price.nnThe service isn't the friendliest.

Hey, the reservation service is tough. Today I made a reservation at 1:00 p.m. and arrived at 1:10 p.m.nThe person came to the door to serve us because there was a line at 1:17 p.m. Even though I told her I had a reservation and had been waiting for 10 minutes, she told me I'd already lost it.nWe're still waiting for a table at that time. I spoke to the waitress about it, and she didn't care either.nThat service is very sad.
