I want to clarify that this place cooks very well, and unfortunately, people don't appreciate the seasoning, but only the substantial portion! It's sad to see places with very good seasoning close! Please create a dark kitchen. Because Shimaya's ramen is disgusting! I don't like it at all! They don't even know what Kamaboku is! ‍ We ate here delicious, fresh, cheap, and with first-class service! Everyone was happy with the food, the place, and the service! A1 nVery fresh sushi, the most important thing is the freshness of the Japanese dishes and the flavor on point, neither salty nor bland. We ordered: Acevichado (fresh fish), the grilled one, and Furai (vegetarian ramen).

The ramen was good, but not as filling as some other places I've tried (not much meat). I liked the themed atmosphere. The service was terrible; you had to ask for spoons, and there was a significant delay. You'd ask a waiter for something, and they'd tell you they didn't know anything and you'd have to wait for the waiter who served you first.

I ordered an executive lunch, I didn't like it, it was very bad.nThe soy ramen was okay.nI didn't like the chicken katzudon, the chicken pieces were very thin and had skin on them.

They have 4 small rooms, all have metal/iron chairs, except the 1st room when you enter which has a padded seat part, now that we are in winter season, the chairs feel cold and in that room there is a lot of air because it is very close to the door that is open for people to access the premises, it takes a while to bring the food, however, it is worth it because the flavor is very rich and they are recognized by the Japanese government as authentic Japanese food, the prices are varied as are the dishes

Although the shop is Kinjo Ramen it is not just Ramen. It has several dishes and they are very delicious.nThe staff is also friendly and could give you options so you can save.
