We visited Ichiraku with a large group of Caracas residents (approximately 20 people). They placed us in the upstairs dining room, which was very well decorated in a Japanese style, but the place was excessively hot, to the point of becoming unbearable after a while.nnWe started ordering. I ordered an appetizer, but when they came to take the others' orders, they told me they hadn't received my order. I asked for the appetizer again and ordered the main courses.nnThe food took approximately two hours to arrive, an absurd amount of time, which we weren't informed about in advance. Once the food arrived, it was tasty and plentiful, the prices weren't excessively expensive, and the seasoning was good.
I had the opportunity to visit Ichiraku Ramen and the experience was, overall, pretty cool. The place is decorated in a very anime style, which creates a fun and very immersive atmosphere, perfect for fans of Japanese culture. The girls who serve are super friendly, attentive and make sure everything is going well during the visit.nnAs for the food, the fried chicken starter was very well done: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, accompanied by sauces that combined excellently. The ramen itself had an attractive presentation, with good toppings and a really tasty protein. However, as a ramen lover and connoisseur of the dish, I noticed that the noodles were commercial, the kind you get to prepare at home, and not fresh as you would expect in a specialty restaurant. That takes away a bit of the authenticity of the dish.nnThe broth, while well served, could use a little more depth in flavor. In my opinion, it had too much ginger, which overshadowed other nuances that should stand out. The sesame oil was in the right proportion, which is a plus. I also think it is important to mention that in many countries ramen usually has a spicy touch - although I understand that in Venezuela it is not so common - but it would be ideal if they offered a spicy option on the menu for those looking for that authenticity.nnThe Jamaican juice pleasantly surprised me: refreshing, natural and very tasty.nnWould I go back? Yes, without a doubt. The overall experience is good, and with a few tweaks—like making fresh noodles and better balancing the broth—they could take the experience to another level.nnTip for the place: Go ahead and make the noodles fresh, moderate the ginger and offer a spicy version of ramen. They are one step away from being spectacular!
Ichiraku offers a complete experience for those who are fans not only of Asian food but also for those who love Japanese culture, anime and manga... Without a doubt an unmissable place to share with friends and have a good time.
Ever since they announced the opening, we knew we had to go (we're from out of town). After so much waiting, we finally discovered the old Ichiraku's ramen stand in Valencia, and it was an experience that exceeded our expectations. It meant a lot to us; every moment there felt special and emotional. But the best part is that it doesn't stand out solely for its theme; the food is simply delicious, prepared with great care and dedication.nnEvery dish we tried was a delight. From the onigiris, probably the tastiest we've ever had, to the ramen, which was spectacular and had a unique flavor, unlike any other. The menu is extensive, and every detail is designed for enjoyment. The drinks and dessert were the icing on the cake, leaving us with even sweeter memories of this visit.nnThe service was also unbeatable; we hope the guys who served us can read this, because they provided us with a kind and genuine treatment that made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back. There's still so much to try and discover in this loving corner.nnAnd if you're a manga and anime lover, this is a place you'll love. Plus, they have merchandise to complement the experience, from t-shirts and bandanas to other accessories. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic Japanese cultural experience in Valencia. See you soon, Ichiraku!
I'm not from Valencia and today I ate at the one in the metropolis and it has become one of my favorite restaurants! The service was spectacular, Ana and the boy treated us very well, and I give the taste of the food 100/100❤️ Congratulations and I will be back there without a doubt. Successes.
