The food at this place is really delicious. We always go during our lunch break from work because it makes us happy. However, lately the service has left us wanting more, not from the kitchen staff who have always been very nice, but from the rude and impolite waitress. Today was a complete disgrace. We were a group of 5 and they didn't give us the correct information as 2 people were still arriving (but we had already placed their orders). We went in and she treated us very, very badly. She was rude to us and kept arguing without trying to find a solution. She doesn't know how to work with people. If she had explained it to us properly we would have made a different decision, but she tried to blame us and made everyone late, wanting to prove that she was right. We called the manager and that was the only way to resolve the issue, but she treated us so badly that we don't want to go back there.nnI read other complaints and it really isn't the first time that this type of service has been reported at this establishment... even though it's famous, they're going to lose customers like this.

The ramen dough is definitely the difference and the Karepan is the best I've ever had, I'll come back just for the karepan, otherwise it's a good ramen, but not better than the ones in Liberdade and the price is higher than the ones there
