A bit over the top. It's a bit of a mix of everything, and I don't really know what it was meant to be exactly. A bit Nikkei, a bit Japanese, and a bit American, something that was invented and very authentic. I'm sure some people would like that? The role presentation, the waiters, etc. They even recommended sparkling water to cleanse the palate, haha, what a thoughtful touch! Of everything I tried, I liked the tiradito the most. I might go back again to try other dishes.

I was amazed by this restaurant's fusion; the blend of flavors was unparalleled.nStarting with their Lychee Lemon mocktail, with a hint of soursop.nFor starters, the Sashimi Salad offered a very good combination of flavors, and the traditional Mixed Sashimi was very fresh.nFollowed by Moriwase Sashimi and Tiradito combined with their blend of sauces, especially the olive one.nAnd the dessert, which couldn't be missed, was the banana split with coconut ice cream and caramel sauce.
