The food is very traditional and delicious, and if you've been to Japan, you'll understand. There are dishes with Chinese and Taiwanese fusion, but never Western fusion.

I went to the HANA restaurant in Irapuato and it was a terrible experience. The ramen bowl was dirty, the cutlery was equally disgusting, and to top it all off, the shrimp wasn't clean; its fecal vein was still intact. For a place that charges a lot, hygiene is the bare minimum, and they clearly don't care. Plus, they force you to pay in cash, as if we were back in the 90s. Not recommended at all; I left feeling more angry than satisfied. How embarrassing!

The noodle soup is very good and the squid starters are also very tasty. The drinks could only be better.
