I think the noodles were made from hot water.nJust soak the noodles in hot water and it's ready.nIt's like Shidaya's running water noodles.nIf you boil the water properly from scratch, you might be able to hope for it.nnI love that you can make your own toppings with green onion, back fat, chili oil, white sesame seeds, and white pepper.
