Tasty food and great price for ramen

If the service there is rushed, the experience with the Ifood order was terrible. The dish arrived overturned, I complained, and the restaurant couldn't decide whether to refund the money or send another dish. Today, July 2nd, it was cold... I needed a hot meal, and there was a complete lack of empathy! I was a loyal customer. Never again. I'm warning you, if you have any issues, they won't be resolved! It's a shame... terrible after-sales service. I really don't recommend it!

I've tried four types of ramen, as well as the gyoza and the curry dish.nnEverything is delicious and seasoned well, and the ingredients are traditional Japanese, which is perfect!nnThe service is very relaxed! They also serve you quickly.nnThe price is within the standard ramen range: between 40 and 60 reais, depending on the type or toppings.nnMy constructive criticism is the ambiance at Ippai Ramen, which is the only issue that could detract from the experience. The place feels more like fast food, which might not be what Curitiba residents are looking for when they go for ramen, especially since the prices aren't fast food.nnThe acoustics aren't great, so any conversation can be heard.nnAnd the idea of ​​a tray, disposable utensils, and cups also doesn't seem consistent with the competitive prices of other establishments with a good atmosphere, ceramic dishes, and a waiter.nnI think if it were to be more of a bar setting and decor, it would be a whole new level!nnOther than that, the food is very good, I highly recommend it!
