The best cuisine in Peru is truly Japanese. From Nikkei ceviche to any other dish. You will enjoy it.

I visited Kintaro alone and had mixed feelings about the experience.nnThere were two main issues that really affected my enjoyment:n1.tI ordered two dishes for myself. Normally in restaurants, they bring one first, and after you finish, the second one follows. Not here! Both dishes arrived at the same time, which meant I had to rush through one while the other was already getting cold. Not ideal at all – especially for a place that positions itself as a quality Japanese restaurant.n2.tI ordered the beef udon noodles. The noodles were fine, but the beef was a disaster – extremely tough and chewy. If you’re someone who enjoys spending a long time chewing your meat, maybe this is your spot. Otherwise, I’d recommend skipping the beef entirely.nnI really wanted to like this place, and maybe other dishes are better, but based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Best sushis of my life. I came back twice and I miss it already. Highly recommend the sushis with the beef and chimichurri on top.
