I've always been a regular at this place! And I always said that it was the best Ramen in SP.nBut today I was surprised that they increased the price, which is fine... because things increase. Although the current price of R$75.00 is well above the best in SP. But that's not the point. When my order arrived, I was surprised by the smaller size of the dish. I complained and the waiter said that they had reduced the size. At the time, I was shocked, they had simply reduced the broth, the amount of noodles and I was even rewarded with TINY pieces of pork belly. So I called a girl who works in the dining room, and when I complained to the waiter, she said she would check with the kitchen and went to hell. She didn't come back to give any explanation. When we got the bill, they charged the 10% without even asking if we were going to pay. I said that I wouldn't pay the 10% and they asked if something had happened. And when I told them what had happened, they said that they had made that choice because they were spoiling a lot. But I wonder... Do they increase the price and decrease the quantity? I feel cheated. Because I have never generated waste, and this is something the restaurant must be prepared for. So they should have kept the price at 65.00 for the reduced dish as it is now, and 75.00 for the dish as it was before. Because I think it is a disrespect to those who have been going there for a long time and consume all the product. It is a shame that they increase the quantity and decrease it. Not to mention that the ramen arrived cold. But I had already complained so much and they did nothing that I didn't even want to bang my head because I had already waited in line for a while. It was a huge disappointment, and honestly, the way they treat us, I won't go back.

Please note: the plain ramen isn't enough to make a full meal for an adult; it's very small. And I'm a size S, weighing less than 50kg. For the price, they could offer a more generous portion.

The service is excellent, but the meals are expensive and come with virtually no meat, which doesn't justify the price. There are better places in the same price range, but the food quality is better. The noodles aren't good either; they tasted like instant noodles.
