We ordered a shimeji as a starter, I found a hair, I took it out, I separated the shimeji to the side and left it to inform the staff at the end of the meal, they told me that the dish could only be returned if I had shown the hair at the time of the incident (the dish was not eaten at all, it was intact), I paid because I didn't want any fuss but I thought the lack of decorum of the establishment was an insult.
