I'm lucky enough to live just 5 minutes away, lol. Amazon Ramen is the best and most interesting ramen I've ever tried. It combines traditional ingredients with the flavor of Pará: tucupi and jambu. A 10/10.nnI've brought many friends and family here to eat, and the reaction is always the same: everyone loves it.nnThe atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I recommend it!

It's far from having the best ramen or tacacá in the city (I tried Amazon Ramen), and I've tried almost all of them in São Paulo.nnRamen-Açu remains a haven for Japanese cuisine away from the overcrowded restaurants of Liberdade.nnSo much so that locals who live and work in the neighborhood love it and visit frequently.nnFor those who want to read my review of Amazon Ramen, check out my Instagram. @ in the bio.

Jambu is a popular ingredient in northern Brazilian cuisine, especially in Pará, and is known for its slightly spicy flavor and tingling effect in the mouth. It is often used in dishes such as tacacá and duck in tucupi, and can also be found in other dishes, such as caruru, vatapá, and maniçoba.
