From the outside, the restaurant is visually very attractive thanks to its decor, and the fact that the menu is displayed at the entrance makes it easy to see the variety of options available, including fish, meat, and tacos. Furthermore, the person in charge of inviting passersby to enter (very friendly and accommodating) created a good first impression that motivated me to enter.nnHowever, once inside, the experience was not consistent with that first impression. Nineteen minutes passed, during which at least three servers passed by my table without offering a welcome, handing over the physical menu, or taking an order, since there was a QR code on the table to view the menu. After so much time without receiving any kind of attention, I decided to leave, very dissatisfied with the level of service.

The good: The place is nice for taking photos, the food presentation is great.nThe not so good: Expensive and small portions, the flavor could be better. They took a while to serve us.

The service is good, the music on the 3rd floor is excellent, but BE CAREFUL. They charge you an additional 20 to 30 thousand pesos on top of your actual bill. I noticed this at two nearby tables, and with my bill, it's better to ask for an electronic bill and pay the normal service charge, not the extra they charge you just because they feel like it. Very abusive. I didn't expect that from a place like this and so highly rated. Be careful next time!
