Honestly, the best ramen I've ever tried. Everything is very good and the service is super attentive. Seriously, you can see the quality of the products and the place is very nice.

For 300-350, you'll eat very well.nnA true ramen experience in Guadalajara. The two we tried this time were quite flavorful and weren't just noodles in water. However, I recommend ordering one half, because the portions are very large.nnFor starters, we ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which clearly differentiates you from the commercial version you find at most Chinese food stalls.nnThe atmosphere is pleasant and calm, and it transports you as soon as you walk through the door.nnThe only point of improvement is the drinks, which didn't add anything to the experience—very average, to say the least.nnHowever, it's a place I'd like to return to try the different types of ramen and dishes on the menu.

Momotabi used to be one of my favorite ramen restaurants, but it's already leaving a lot to be desired, not as delicious as it was a year ago.nnThey've changed the noodles, and the original ones are now extra. I would have preferred them to raise the prices if that were the case.nnThe taste has changed completely.

We waited over an hour for a table for four people on my birthday (we had to watch two people get moved to a larger table). When we finally got there, they told us they didn't have the entire menu available. Terrible service, not informing customers about what wasn't available.
