The place is already very ugly, they are full of boxes, the food is in bad condition and then when you are eating the Chinese staff is just coughing up phlegm

It's already Chinese, the flavor is good but not that good. They take a long time to serve, you almost have to chase them around, but they are friendly. The Menu is also no longer the one on maps, they only have a small variety of ramen.
