Although I had suggested placing flowers on the table I sent, as it was my daughter's birthday, the restaurant didn't provide any; there was only a vase of dried flowers and the one we had sent in storage. They also didn't provide any special attention to the birthday girl.nOtherwise, the Republik Asian Food restaurant in Bogotá, which has several locations such as Salitre and Centro Internacional, reflects a generally positive experience, albeit with nuances and specific criticisms.nThe menu offers a good variety, including Asian dishes such as sushi, rice dishes, woks, ramen, poke, ceviches, and grilled options. During our first night at Bogota, tried this restaurant close to our hotel. We ordered fried rice, fish in curry sauce, sushi & brownie with ice cream. Food overall was better than average except the Sushi which felt a little off. Servers were nice.
