Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen and karaage (fried chicken). It will easily make it into the top 3 ramen dishes in Aguascalientes.nnThe soup is rich in flavor; the touch of pepper makes all the difference. While other places offer it at the table, I'd never dared to add it before—what a mistake! The meat was a bit tough; note that chashu is usually very tender, almost melting in your mouth. I'm not saying it was difficult to eat, but it tends to be milder.nnThey offer some drinks from Japan; I dared to order a melon-flavored drink, which is visually pleasing and has a somewhat new flavor not commonly found here.

Without a doubt, my favorite place to eat ramen in Aguascalientes. The noodles are delicious, the seasoning is identical to that in Japan. The service is 10/10!nIt's true that the wait time is a bit long, but it's understandable because the chef is alone, and you can see that he prepares everything with great care and perfection. Everything is 100% worth it.
