The makis are good... but the service is terrible!!! They kept us waiting for the makis for an hour and they brought us board by board... in the end, they didn't bring us the last board... terrible service!!!!!!!

I'd heard so much about Shimaya, but when the day arrived, it was highly disappointing.nThe ramen I ordered was weird. I sought the attention of the waitress, and after 20 minutes, when she finally agreed to serve me, she told me the problem was because the product was cold (my face said it all). After that, she made us uncomfortable when we tried to order and request more dishes from the menu. The service was truly poor, and the manager or store manager, seeing the situation and our obvious discomfort, tried to persuade us, but to no avail. It was even more uncomfortable. Personally, I wouldn't return to any of their locations, as I considered the first experience to be my last.

The food is delicious, the service is quality, the waiters greet you when you enter and say goodbye when you leave the place, the food is delicious, try the shoyu ramen and the onigiris ☺️
