Go in advance because the line is quite long. There were three of us, and it took over an hour to get in. I ordered the one with the lemon broth, I don't know if I made a mistake, so I won't comment on it too much, haha. But I was expecting more from the broth. They didn't give me enough soy sauce, and I didn't like that. The ramen burger is delicious.

Wednesday, 13°C, packed, 8 p.m., 16 tables waiting. But since I was alone, I was seated in 10 minutes.nnI ordered the Sapporo Miso Ramen, and it was good, but with a few points of concern: the broth could be thicker and more creamy, the egg wasn't quite perfect, and I felt it was missing something, perhaps other ingredients to add more substance. It didn't quite become my favorite. But it's definitely worth a visit!

Great ramen — the noodles are perfectly firm and the broth is rich and flavorful. Be aware that there’s usually a queue during lunch hours, but it’s well worth the wait.
